Le groupe Inquisition a posté un court message sur sa page Facebook pour annoncer que le groupe ne faisait désormais plus parti de la tournée de Satyricon. Les musiciens en ont profité pour remercier leurs fans et annoncer que le groupe ne s'arrêtait pas et qu'il respectait les avis de chacun sur l'affaire de pédopornographie qui touche actuellement leur chanteur, Dagon.
Pour faire un rappel de l'affaire : Le label Season Of Mist a annoncé la fin de sa collaboration avec le groupe Inquisition en raison des accusations de pédopornographie à l'encontre du frontman du groupe. En 2009, lors d'un procès aux Etats-Unis, le chanteur aurait plaidé coupable, pour accélérer la procédure qui s'éternisait selon ses dires, dans une affaire de détention d'images pédopornographiques. Récemment, le magazine Metalsucks aurait publié ses déclarations en les sortant de leur contexte, donnant lieu à de mauvaises interprétations.
The band Inquisition posted a short message on its Facebook page announcing that the band was no longer part of the Satyricon Tour. The musicians took the opportunity to thank their fans and announce that the band would not stop its activities and that the members respected the opinions of everyone about the child pornography case that currently affects their singer, Dagon.
To recall the case: The label Season Of Mist announced the end of its collaboration with the band Inquisition because of accusations of child pornography against the frontman of the band. In 2009, during a trial in the United States, the singer allegedly pleaded guilty, to accelerate the process that dragged on, according to him, in a case of possession of child pornography. Recently, Metalsucks magazine published its statements during the trial out of context, giving rise to misinterpretation.
